How to Display F1-F12 functions in Microsoft Word

Simple method to Display F1-F12 functions in Microsoft Word

1. Open Word and go to Tools, Customize…
2. On the Toolbars tab strip, check "Function Key Display"

At the bottom of Word a new line with F-keys and descriptions will appear. ALT or SHIFT F-key functions are also displayed in the toolbar when you press ALT or SHIFT.
